By accessing and using NoobRent, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these specific services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

NoobRent provides a platform for users to rent items to and from others. We are not a rental agency and do not own the items listed on the site. We simply provide the tools to facilitate the transaction between owners and renters.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Any rental agreement entered into through the Platform is between the Owner and the Renter. NoobRent is not a party to such agreements and disclaims all liability arising from or related to such agreements.

NoobRent charges a service fee for each transaction. This fee is non-refundable. Payments are processed securely. Owners receive payment after the rental period successfully commences.

You may not list or rent illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, or any other items prohibited by our policies. Violating this will result in immediate account termination.
