Guidelines
1. Treat Everyone with Respect
We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or hate speech. Treat other members of the NoobRent community as you would like to be treated yourself—with kindness, patience, and understanding.
2. Honor Your Commitments
Reliability is key. If you book an item, pick it up on time. If you list an item, ensure it is available and in good condition as described. Cancellations cause inconvenience for everyone.
3. Take Care of Rented Items
Treat rented items with the same care (or better!) than you would your own. Return them in the exact same condition you received them. Report any damage immediately to the owner.
4. Communicate Clearly
Be responsive to messages. Clear, timely communication prevents misunderstandings and ensures a smooth rental experience for both parties.
5. Stay Safe
Communicate and transact only through the NoobRent platform. Do not share personal financial information or agree to meet in unsafe or isolated locations. Trust your instincts.
